  • How long in advance do I need to stop actives?

    For signature facials I recommend 2-3 days before appointment and if we are doing peels 5-7 days prior.

  • how do I know what service to pick?

    To make everything easy I created the "New Client Treatment" for all new clients! During this service we have a max 30 minute consultation so we can have ample time to go over all the necessities! We then follow in with a signature facial with a FREE dermaplane!

  • do I need to do anything to prep for a facial?

    Nope! Just stop actives if necessary and if you're a new client bring a list of your current homeware!

  • cancellation/no show/ late policy

    Cancellation policy is 50% charge of service if cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment. No show will result in 100% charge of service. 10 minute grace period for all appointments.

  • do you allow guests?

    We only allow guests who are receiving a service attend appointments, thank you!

  • Returns and Exchanges
